On the basis of the Dongda Cashmere Products Co., Ltd. founded in 1991, Dongda Mongolia King Group was set up in April 1996, which presently includes 38 subsidiary companies, concerning different fields such as cashmere products processing, road and bridge construction and management, papermaking, business and trade, project construction, real estate development, ecological construction, cow raising, cashmere goat breeding, dairy products processing and hotel service, etc.. Now the group has total assets of RMB 4.2billion yuan, over 11,000 staff members, its contributions to the public welfare have amounted to RMB120 million yuan, and it has provided over 1000 job opportunities for some laid-off workers. The trademark, “Dongda Mongolia King”, is a “National Famous Brand”, and its serial cashmere products are evaluated as “Chinese Consumer Trust-worthy Product”, and “Chinese Famous Brand without Consumers’ Complaints”. As one of the enterprises in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Dongda Mongolia King Group is granted the title of “Advanced Rural Enterprises for Creating Hundred Million Yuan Export”, “National Poverty Relief Leading Enterprise”, “National Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Industrialization Advanced Group”, “National Textile Major Industry Enterprise”, and is recognized one of the “Inner Mongolian Leading 30 Enterprises”, the “Chinese Most Vigorous One Hundred Leading Enterprises”, the “National One Hundred Demonstration Enterprises for New Rural Construction”, and one of the “Chinese 1000 Major Manufacturers”.
